One of our crowning glories here at the Dam Site Inn is our freshly prepared food. Our chicken and Lake Superior whitefish comes in fresh (never frozen), the kluski noodles and buttermilk biscuits are made fresh daily in our kitchen by Ray East. Our potatoes are real! The gravy and soups are made fresh daily in our kitchen by Pam East as are many of the desserts and salad dressings. |
